MADISON, COUNTY, Mo (KFVS) -- The Missouri highway patrol said a medical condition lead to a wreck that killed a Heartland Man.
The wreck happened around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
Troopers say 68 year-old Denver E. Fortner of Fredericktown was driving along route H about two miles west of Catherine Place in Madison county.
Troopers say Fortner's vehicle ran off the left side of the road, hit a tree and flipped over. Investigators say Fortner was thrown from the car.
Fortner was pronounced dead at St Louis University Hospital.
