More than 24 hours after police in West Frankfort discovered two women shot to death in their home, the search for those responsible continues.
On, Monday afternoon police found the bodies of 32-year-old Terri Seibeck and 28-year-old Kandis Majors inside their home on North Douglas Street. Police report both women had been shot numerous times.
"It got me worried that it's just a few houses down the road," said Phillip Glenn of West Frankfort. "That's disturbing because this is my house behind me. And a bullet can go that far. And we've got three kids and my mother-in-law living with us."
The search for the two person's of interest, 30-year-old Michael Schallert and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Afton Ferris continues.
"I've seen them walking down the road here before," said Crystal Glenn of West Frankfort.
"They didn't seem like they're the type of people that would do something like that. They were just normal quiet people."
Police are still asking for your help though tracking down Schallert and Ferris. Police report the two recently moved to the West Frankfort area from Cheyenne, Wyoming.
