ZEIGLER, Il (KFVS) -- A bad start to the Thanksgiving holiday for one Heartland family. An early morning fire damaged their home.
According to West Frankfort fire officials the fire broke out around 7:30 Thursday morning at a home in the 700 Block of Baggot street.
Zeigler-Royalton fire crews called the West Frankfort fire department for help battling the blaze.
Right now it's not clear what started the blaze or if anyone was hurt.
Heartland News has a crew headed to the scene and will update you as soon as we get more information.
