Heartland News goes Live from Cape Splash Family Aquatic Center!
Cape Splash opened May 28th and the response has been fantastic. Area residents have packed the water park to escape from the summer heat and enjoy the slides, pools and thrills Cape Splash offers.
KFVS12's Heartland News at Five introduced Heartland viewers to all the excitement at Cape Splash during a live newscast on June 17th. Anchors Kathy Sweeney and Jeff Cunningham and the Heartland News Team took viewers on a tour of the new park, including behind the scenes, and showed us what it takes to run a water park.
Cape Splash is open everyday. It is easy to find on North Kingshighway next to the Osage Center.
