JACKSON, MO (KFVS) - A third suspect in a triple murder case in Cape Girardeau gets a change of venue.

Judge William Syler granted 25-year-old Samuel "Ray Ray" Hughes a change of venue to Mississippi County during a case review Tuesday morning.

Police say Hughes went with suspect, Ryan Patterson, to a home on North Missouri Avenue in October 2009.

Court records say Hughes served as a lookout while Patterson allegedly shot and killed Jamie Orman, her unborn son, and her 15-year-old son, Derrick.
