SEDGEWICKVILLE, MO (KFVS) -As promised, here are the results of the test on the Bounce Dryer Bar. Lauren checks back with her tester after two months of using the product.

"With two little kids, I do a lot of laundry," said Becky Angle.

In January, you met Becky Angle and her two little ones. She agreed to use the Bounce Dryer Bar for two months to see if we really can "stick it and forget it" as the label says on the package.

The bar takes one step out of the laundry process. During each load, the clothes and towels simply sweep over this bar which acts like  fabric softener and a dryer sheet. Becky thought initially this would come in handy, and she liked the results after a few loads of laundry in our first test.

Two months later Becky says, "We really like it. We're going to start using it."

It's almost time for Becky to replace the two-month bar. Plus, Becky says even when you first start to see the words "replace" appear, you still have about 30 more loads to go before it's time to put in a new bar.

This UM-Rolla engineering grad crunched the numbers and found this $4 bar might save her some money in the long run..

"It's price effective with as much fabric softener as we're using. I did a load count and I got 80 loads out of it, so that's a lot of laundry."

She says a few times her kids' clothing had some static cling, but when she simply rubbed the laundry over the bar herself, it was back to normal. She likes the product so much, she bought the 4-month dryer bar and is ready to do laundry with it next.

"I'd give it an 'A'."

Before this bar comes out squeaky clean on this test, it's worth mentioning a handful of Heartland News viewers do not agree. Some viewers posted comments after the first test letting us know the dryer bar did not work for them. Some say it crumbled up during high heat in their newer-model dryers.

So, that's worth noting and enough for me to at least the knock the grade down to a 'B' before closing the door  on this Does it Work test.
