Watch for YourTurn normally scheduled to air at the end of Heartland News at Noon on Mondays and Fridays, at the end of Heartland News at 10:00 on Saturday nights, and following The Breakfast Show on Sunday mornings.
Rick Marshall from Poplar Bluff, Missouri:
"I agree with Mike Smythe's ViewPoint (regarding Skins on MTV). The raising of my child is my duty and not someone else's. I have never watched Skins…the fact is, I don't need a watch-dog group telling me or my child what to watch. I make that decision."
Tom Sweeten from Mount Vernon, Illinois:
"Regarding the tragedy in Tucson, where were all the gun advocates during these murders? Arizona has some of the most lax gun laws in the country and I'm sure that a crowded mall on a Saturday morning had dozens of people who were armed. Every time one of these mutants decides to murder innocent victims the air waves are filled with the conceal and carry crowd crying for the right to be armed to prevent such a tragedy…this murderer had expended all of his rounds and was reloading when a woman grabbed the magazine and prevented him from killing more people. Not one of the Rambos who insist on carrying a weapon in a church, sports venue, or political rally (participated)…the next time this debate gets heated up I suggest that ‘protection of innocents' be left out of the argument."
Heartland viewer Brad Vanloo:
"I love to watch Lauren Keith but Julia Bruck did an outstanding job and I feel I have gotten to know her and will miss seeing her on a daily basis. I hope KFVS appreciates Julia and will find a place for her to be (more) active in the station's broadcasts."
