HAYTI, MO (KFVS) - On Wednesday March 16, 2011, the Hayti Police Department with assistance from other police executed two search warrants at two different addresses within the City Limits of Hayti, along with the arrest of fourteen individuals during a drug round up.

One of the search warrants was executed in the 300 block of North Second Street.  Within this search warrant, these officers located and seized approximately 26 grams of suspected crack cocaine which included 144 rocks of crack cocaine along with suspected marijuana.

The other search warrant was executed in the 1000 block of Klinkhardt Street.  Within this search warrant, these officers located and seized items known to be a controlled substance along with two handguns.

Officers also went to an address in the 500 block of North Walnut Street where they obtained consent to search the residence.  During a search of this residence, Officers located over one pound of suspected marijuana along with two handguns, and several pills of Oxycodone.

Officers then went to an address in the 300 block of South Sixth Street where officers entered the residence to execute a felony arrest warrant.  While Officers were serving this warrant, Officers located an active "Shake and Bake" Meth Lab.

As a result, Officers arrested the following individuals for the following crimes that the Pemiscot County Prosecutors Office filed formal charges on with warrants issued by Judge Byron Luber with no bond, according to Hayti Police Chief Paul Sheckell.

Michael Winters, 44, of Hayti, Two Counts of a Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine), and Trafficking a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree (Crack Cocaine)

Steve R. Winters, 41, of Hayti, Two Counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine)

Roosevelt Hudson, 35, of Caruthersville, Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine)

David Ham, 29, Two Counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance, (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance

Reginald K. Agnew, 47, of Hayti, Two Counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance, (Marijuana), Possession of Marijuana

Eddie Guy Luster, 58,  of Hayti, Distribution of a Controlled Substance, (Marijuana)

Demarcus D. Warren, 21,  of Hayti, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, (Marijuana), and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Amanda M. Whitson, 27, of Hayti, two counts of Attempt to Manufacture a Controlled Substance, (Shake and Bake Meth Lab)

Nicholas A. Haynes, 26, of Hayti, two counts of Attempt to Manufacture a Controlled Substance, (Shake and Bake Meth Lab)

James M. Mangrum, 21, of Hayti, two Counts of Attempt to Manufacture a Controlled Substance, (Shake and Bake Meth Lab)

Shannon S. Williams, 33, of Hayti, two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)

Daphne A. Duncan, 39, of Portageville, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance

Dorothy E. Bugg, 27, of New Madrid, Possession of a Controlled Substance

The above thirteen subjects are incarcerated in the Pemiscot County Justice Center with no pending a court appearance in front of Circuit Judge Byron Luber, according to police.

Felicia L. Winters, 34, of Hayti, Possession of Marijuana, she was taken to the Hayti Police Department, processed and released after posting $333.00 and was given a Hayti Municipal Court date of March 17, 2011 at 5 p.m.

Assisting in the raid were the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department, Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department K-9 "Shockley", Caruthersville Police Department, Bootheel Drug Task Force, Steele Police Department, and the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.
