FARMINGTON, MO (KFVS) -

Friends of 39-year-old Jacque Waller haven't given up hope. Thursday night they held a prayer vigil for the missing woman outside Farmington High School.

Friends gathered to offer words of comfort, in a time when there are so many unanswered questions.

A big crowd gathered just after 6:30, many of them members of the class of 1990, Jacque's graduating class.

"This is so sad, I was devastated when I heard about this," said Kari Kennedy. "She (Jacque) is one of the best girls a person could know."

"It means so much to know how many lives she has touched, and how many people love her and love us," said Cheryl Brenneke, Jacque's sister.

Classmate Kelly Tatum-Cox organized the event.

"We need to get the word out, these triplets need their mom," said Tatum-Cox.

The mother of three disappeared Wednesday, June 1. She was last seen near her estranged husband's residence in Jackson.

Clay Waller, Jacque's estranged husband, is still a person of interest, and investigators tell Heartland News Waller has not provided police with any new information since last Wednesday.

No official suspects have been named, and no arrests have been made.

The Cape Girardeau-Bollinger County Major Case Squad is still dedicated to finding her.

"They're still doing the digging, and they assured me that they won't quit until they get justice for our Jacque," said Stan Rawson, Jacque's father.

In a time of so much uncertainty they turn to prayer.

"It's important to show respect for the family and let them know we are here," said Kari Kennedy. "We pray every night for a miracle."

While Jacque's family wants to keep the faith, they now believe they may never see their loved one again alive.

"We've gotta get ahold of our little girl, one way or another," said Stan Rawson.

Investigators do suspect foul play, and loved ones believe the truth will come out soon.

"Just keep praying for us," said Cheryl Brenneke.

Stan Rawson wants to start a collection of memories for Jacque Waller's three children.

He asks that anyone who knew Jacque, and would like to share some words about his daughter to please e-mail those to the Rawson's or to their home address.
