CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

Clay Waller's attorney calls it a community on a witch hunt.

Scott Reynolds is wondering when people will quit running on rumors and speculation.

Over the weekend a new flyer emerged.

It's not your typical flier as friends of missing mom Jacque Waller appear to be trying some new tactics.

The flier says "Attention Clay Waller".  Then at the bottom it says "Where is Jacque Waller?"

Clay Waller's attorney calls it "in poor taste" and hopes local businesses won't post them.

Scott Reynolds says the local and national attention is causing a lot of stress on his client.

He says people shouldn't be so quick to judge saying Clay Waller isn't even an official suspect in his wife's disappearance.

Meanwhile, Jacque Waller's parents and loved ones say the focus needs to be on Jacque.

The mother of three has been missing for almost eight weeks, since June 1.

Over the weekend, two large searches which included foot crews, and crews on horses, ATVs and a helicopter search.

Nothing significant was found, but the missing woman's parents believe this is the week for answers in this case.  They say they're going on a gut feeling as well as confidential information from investigators.
