CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

A hearing on taking a deposition from Clay Waller's father, originally scheduled for Friday, Oct. 14 has been moved to Nov. 18.

According to federal court papers, Waller allegedly told his father he killed Jacque and buried her body in a hole.

Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle says he anticipates filing murder charges against Waller in connection with his wife's disappearance.

Waller's attorney, Scott Reynolds, wants the deposition request dismissed.
