(KFVS) - Clay Waller is no longer being held in Pemiscot County.

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Waller left southeast Missouri on Monday.

The federal transfer center in Oklahoma City confirms Waller was there on Friday.

The Oklahoma City facility is considered a hub and will not be Waller's final destination.

He was sentenced to five years earlier this month on federal internet threat charges.

His attorney is appealing.

Prosecutors also consider Waller a suspect in his wife Jacque's disappearance.  The mother of three disappeared on June 1, 2011.
