Clay Waller is no longer being held in Pemiscot County. According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Waller left southeast Missouri on Monday.

(KFVS) - Clay Waller is on the move again.

His new home for the time being is the federal Correctional Institution in Oakdale, Louisiana.  It's a low security prison for male inmates.

He transferred there from a federal prison in Oklahoma City.

According to officials at that facility, Waller relocated Tuesday and the Louisiana prison is expected to be his final destination.

Waller was sentenced early this month on federal internet threat charges.

His attorney is appealing the five year sentence.

Prosecutors also consider Waller a suspect in his wife, Jacque Waller's June 1, 2011 disappearance.
