CLARKTON, MO (KFVS) -

Storms blew off part of the roof of the high school gymnasium in Clarkton, according to the Dunklin County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's office received the first 911 call about it at 3:08 p.m.

Storm reports from National Weather Service:

  • 3:02pm - 1" hail in Portageville
  • 2:50pm - 1" hail in Gideon
  • 2:42pm - .88" hail in Gideon
  • 4:44pm - Trees down with estimated wind gusts of 60-65 mph near Mayfield, Ky.
