PINCKNEYVILLE, IL (KFVS) -

A judge not a jury will decide the fate of a Pinckneyville teen accused of taking part in the murder of another teen.

James Glazier, 18, has waived his right to a jury trial.

His bench trial scheduled to begin next month.

Glazier and two other teens are accused of killing 15 year old Sidnee Stephens in Pinckneyville and dumping her body in a creek in the county.

This all happened in 2010.

Glazier and Robbie Mueller both face charges of murder, kidnapping and home invasion.

Mueller's bench trial will start later this month.

The third suspect, Carl Dane pleaded guilty last year to charges against him.

Dane was found dead in his jail cell the day he was scheduled to be transferred to prison to begin serving his 60 year sentence.
