Deputies say the man became belligerent and resisted arrest, but was later subdued.
Information gathered then led deputies to search a home in Wardell. After getting a search warrant, they found a live grenade, bomb making material, controlled substance and several weapons inside the home.
According to Pemiscot County Sheriff Tommy Greenwell, Harold Kentner, 48, of Wardell has been charged by the Pemiscot County prosecutor's office with unlawful possession, transport, manufacture, repair or sale of illegal weapon; unlawful possession, transport, manufacture, repair or sale of illegal weapon; unlawful possession of firearm; and, resisting or interfering with arrest for a felony.

Kentner's wife says she feels what happened has been blown out of proportion.
She says she knows her husband isn't dangerous, and never intended to blow up the neighborhood.
"No he does not sit in his house and make bombs," said Kentner's wife. "He makes swings. He does things like that. You know, he's not gonna sit here and blow up the neighborhood. If he was going to blow up the neighborhood I think that'd be done a long time ago."
Deputies say there is an ongoing investigation into another incident involving shots fired possibly involving the suspect.
