Telecommunicators for Saline County E-911 will be featured this week on the Discovery Channel's Fit & Health.
The telecommunicators were filmed a couple of years ago for a program called "Call 911".
The original airing of the stories were on the Discovery Channel's ID network, but they are being aired on the Discovery Channel Fit & Health network this week.
On Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. one of the segments to be aired is a 911 call of a two children on a go-cart that was struck by a vehicle in Shawneetown.
Then, on Wednesday at 2 p.m. one of the segments to be aired is a 911 call of a boy ran over by a lawn mower near Ledford. At 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, a segment will air about an Indiana man who was rescued from the Garden of the Gods, when he became wedged after jumping between rocks.
Discovery Fit & Health is located on Mediacom Channel 60 and Channel 326 on Zito Cable TV.
"Call 911" re-enacts the calls, but uses real interviews from the victims, telecommunicators and rescue workers.
