STODDARD COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -
Two people ended up taking a trip to the hospital after a motorcycle crash in Stoddard County Wednesday evening.
According to Trooper Clark Parrott it happened around 7:45 p.m. on a curve near the intersection of Highway J and Missouri T.
Trooper Parrott says Anthony Arnold of Wappapello went around the curve too fast and went off the road. Both Arnold and his passenger Brenda Hampton of Puxico were thrown from the motorcycle.
Arnold was airlifted to a Cape Girardeau hospital, while an ambulance took Hampton to the same hospital.
Trooper Parrott says Arnold is still in the hospital but he was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
