CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A Jackson man is hospitalized after a crash in Cape Girardeau County overnight.

It happened on County Road 318 two miles south of Jackson around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a pick-up truck driven by 19-year-old Jordan Reisenbichler met a Jeep driven by 32-year-old Jordan Picker on a narrow bridge.

Troopers say the pick-up hit the Jeep, running the Jeep off the bridge into a creek.

A passenger in the Jeep 28-year-old Matthew Callow of Jackson was not wearing a seat belt and suffered moderate injuries in the crash.

He was taken to a Cape Girardeau hospital for treatment.

Neither driver was injured.
