TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

A man suspected of robbing two East Texas banks is believed to have robbed another bank in Texas.

Authorities say the "Loan Ranger" has struck again and this time at the First State Bank in Salado, Texas Monday morning.

Susan Cason-Parks, a Tyler psychotherapist, says after looking at his photos, it's pretty easy to see that this is something he's good at, and wants to make sure everyone knows.

"At first I thought he was an amateur, but then when I realized how many banks he had robbed I began thinking about what his real motives might be," says Cason-Parks.

Just a few months ago, another Tyler bank took pictures from their surveillance footage of the "Loan Ranger." One was taken in May 2012 at the BBVA Compass Bank in Tyler and another was taken at Altra Federal Credit Union in August 2011.

"A little scary because I know that he's gone back to one bank twice so it' scary," says Altra Federal Credit Union Assistant Manager Shelley Flowers.

"When people rob banks or they commit crimes they are anti-social. They know there are laws or rules in place, but they don't apply to them they make up their own rules," says Cason-Parks.

Cason-Parks says just by looking at his photos and reading up on his behavior, it's easy to see he gets better with every robbery.

"He's good at this and one way or another and I think there is a lot of plotting that he does and I think he wants everyone to know that he's good at this," says Cason-Parks.

The "Loan Ranger" is also accused of robbing two banks in Arkansas, once in 2009 and again in 2011. He is also suspected of robbing Santa Fe Community Credit Union in Temple TX in March 2012 and United States Bank in Round Rock TX in January 2012.

"If he was nervous in the beginning, he's probably not now," says Cason-Parks.

Monday's robbery marks the seventh robbery.
