CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

The Cape Girardeau Prosecutor's Office confirms the theft and harassment charges have been dropped against Clay Waller.

Waller was arrested in July of 2011 a harassment charge alleging he threatened to kill a man. He was also charged with felony stealing by deceit. Waller was accused of cheating a Cape Girardeau business out of $55,000. Those charges have been dismissed.

However, Waller will be in court on a murder charge on Wednesday. He is accused of murder in the case of his missing wife Jacque Waller.

Jacque Waller went missing on June 1, 2011. Her body has not been found.
