One of two suspects still awaiting trial in the killing of a 15-year-old southern Illinois girl is about to have his case decided by a judge and not a jury.
Eighteen-year-old James Glazier's bench trial before Perry County Circuit Judge James Campanella is scheduled to begin Monday. Glazier already has waived his right to a jury trial.
Glazier and 16-year-old Robbie Mueller face murder, kidnapping and home invasion charges in the 2010 death of Sidnee Stephens.
A third suspect, Carl Dane, pleaded guilty last year in Stephens' death. He was found dead in his jail cell the day he was to be transferred to prison to begin serving a 60-year sentence.
