CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -
A two vehicle collision halted traffic Sunday afternoon on Route K in Cape Girardeau County.
The crash happened near the intersection of Highway 25. Two vehicles were involved.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, a gray truck hauling a camper was eastbound on Route K and was stopped to turn into a subdivision when a black truck hit the camper from the rear.
No one was hurt in the collision.
The driver of the black truck will be given a ticket for careless and imprudent driving, according to troopers on the scene.
Traffic was halted while wreckers were being positioned to move the vehicles off of the roadway and for cleanup, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
