There's a new court date in the murder case against Clay Waller.
Waller's arraignment will now be handled by Judge Benjamin Lewis and will take place August 13.
The change comes after prosecutors asked for a new judge.
Tuesday afternoon, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Angel Woodruff filed a motion to remove Judge William Syler from the case. No reason needs to be given for the move.
Monday, Judge Gary Kamp ruled there's probable cause to send Waller's case to circuit court.
Waller is accused of killing his estranged wife, Jacque, along with tampering with physical evidence in the case.

Last night was the 62nd annual Miss USA pageant held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Contestants from all 50 states and territories of the Unites States went heel to heel on stage at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Miss Connecticut, Erin Brady, ended up walking away with the grand title of Miss USA, but it was Miss Utah who really stood out from the rest of the competitors.
