Tenn. man accused of shooting arrested in Paducah

PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) -

A man accused of pulling the trigger in a Tennessee shooting is captured in Paducah.  

Paducah police say the shooting happened Monday in Jackson, Tennessee. A 17-year-old was injured when a bullet grazed his head, and a 37-year-old woman was shot in the leg.

Jackson Police and U.S. Marshals contacted Paducah Police saying a suspect in the shooting may have been hiding out in Paducah.

Friday afternoon, police found the suspect, 24-year-old Clinton Berry, at a Paducah home. Berry was arrested and booked into the McCracken County Jail, pending extradition back to Tennessee.

Berry faces two counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault and a charge of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
