A stop on a roadtrip turned one traveler's trip into a nightmare that lasted more than a month.. It happened in Marston, when Debbie Vallejo let her dog, Slick, go to the bathroom at Pilot's.
OZORA, MO (KFVS) -
Two men were injured in a two vehicle crash Saturday on Interstate 55 in Ste. Genevieve County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the crash happened shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday north of Ozora, Mo. around the 150 mile marker.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the driver of a 2006 International semi-tractor trailer lost control in the southbound lanes. The semi then traveled across the median and into the northbound lanes hitting a car head on.
The driver of the car, Christopher M. Randen, 35, of Marble Hill, Mo. was taken to a Jefferson County hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the semi, Christopher Lynwood of Jackson, Tennessee was taken to a Ste. Genevieve hospital with minor injuries.
Troopers say both men were wearing seat belts.
Witnesses say the road was down to one lane and sometimes a full stop on the interstate northbound lanes around the 141.2 mile marker shortly before Noon.
