MARSHALL COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - One man faces multiple drug charges in Marshall County.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, officers responded to a domestic violence complaint on Highway 68 East in Benton, Ky. Wednesday.
While responding, they were informed that Byron Butler, 48, of Benton had an indoor marijuana growing operation inside the home.
Officers obtained a search warrant and returned to Butler's home on Thursday. They found the marijuana growing operation consisting of 15 plants. They also found methamphetamine, prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia, and a defaced firearm.
Butler was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he faces multiple drug charges.
