CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -
Police are looking for the owner of a parked car after another hit it and rolled over in Cape Girardeau.
Cape Girardeau Police say Kristina Gartland, 23, of Cape Girardeau was driving south on Perry Avenue when she hit a parked car and rolled her car on its top.
It happened in the 700 block of Perry Avenue.
She refused medical treatment.
Police were looking for the owner of the parked car.
