FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL (KFVS) -

Accused cattle rustler Ron Shepard will wait a little longer to find out if he's going back to federal prison.

The Benton, Illinois hearing to revoke his probation's been moved from Thursday to mid-September.

This after Shepard's probation officer added counts of fraud and theft involving cattle to his court petition.

Shepard, who remains in the Franklin County Jail, faces criminal charges involving stolen cattle worth millions of dollars in at least four states.
