MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

McCracken County, Kentucky deputies say a 21-year-old man was injured in a crash Sunday morning.

It happened in the 1600 block of Clarkline Road.

Patrick Tallent was eastbound don Clarkline Road shortly after 6:30 a.m.  when deputies say he fell asleep at the wheel and ran off the road.

Crash investigators say Tallent's car hit a concrete driveway culvert that caused the car to overturn.

The car then slid on its rood for approximately 100 feet and came to a rest at the edge of a private drive.

Tallent was taken to a Paducah area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
