Emergency crews in Christian County Kentucky rushed a man to a Tennessee hospital after a mishap involving a tractor.
The wreck happened late Wednesday evening.
According to members of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the 40 year-old was part of a contract mowing crew working along U.S. 41 Near Pembroke.
Investigators aren't exactly sure how it happened but members of Double-G Mowing said the man either tripped or fell beneath a tractor as it drove past where he was talking to another worker.
The man was taken to Jennie Stuart medical Center in Hopkinsville, then taken to Nashville.

One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.
Savannah Nash celebrated her 16th birthday last week. She died Thursday when her car slammed into a semi while she was texting during her first time driving by herself.
