SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A judge declined to return a murder charge against a woman accused of killing an 18-year-old Sikeston woman in 2010.

According to the Scott County Circuit Clerk, Brianna Branson was found not guilty on all three counts in connection with the death of Kendra Gray back in July of 2010 in Sikeston.

Shortly after 1 p.m., the judge handed down the verdict of not guilty on the charge of murder second degree, not guilty to armed criminal action and not guilty to assault second degree.

Branson was alleged to have hit and killed Kendra Gray, 18, with a pickup truck after fighting with Gray at an underage drinking party near a home in the 900 block of Westview Road in Sikeston in July 2010.

Branson's hearing was held on September 27, 2012 where testimony was presented.  A jury trial was waived and Wednesday was the bench trial.
