A coroner says a man who died while working on a project to paint a bridge in western Kentucky was electrocuted.
PINCKNEYVILLE, IL (KFVS) -
Two people go before a judge on new murder charges in a more than two-year-old murder case.
Sidnee Stephens was murdered back in July 2010. The 15 year old's body was weighted and dumped in the Beaucoup Creek.
Three teens have already been sentenced to prison time for her murder. Now Stephens' sister, 20-year-old Dakota Wall, and 22-year-old Chad Bennett face charges of murder, kidnapping, home invasion and burglary.
Bennett faces an additional charge for concealing a homicidal death.
A judge read the charges in a Perry County courtroom Wednesday.
Bennett will be back in court November 8 at 9 a.m. for his preliminary hearing.
Wall waived her right to a preliminary hearing. She could go to trial as early as January.
