A Chinese man who divorced his wife, then sued her for being ugly has made internet headlines across the world after winning the suit.

Jian Feng divorced his wife for breach of contract then sued her, according to the examiner.com.

After the wife had their daughter, the man apparently thought the child was so ugly that his wife must have had an affair, according to now.msn.com.

The wife later confessed to having plastic surgery before she met her husband and not telling him, according to dailymail.co.uk.

In May 2012, Feng filed a lawsuit, claiming she tricked him and he married her under false pretenses. The judge awarded Feng $120,000.
