Emergency crews responded to the scene of a rollover crash on Interstate 55 Thursday morning.

An extended cab pickup truck rolled over at mile marker 82.

A man sustained moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to a Cape Girardeau hospital, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.

The truck was traveling southbound when he hit the shoulder on the left side, then the cables in the median and overturned.
