Police looking for suspect accused of painting graffiti

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) -

Carbondale Police Department are investigating an incident where they say a suspect painted graffiti on a building.

It happened in the 500 block of South Illinois Avenue on October 13 around  9:20 p.m.

Police say an unknown black male painted graffiti on a building in the area, causing damage. The suspect was wearing a white shirt and dark colored pants.

Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200  or Crime Stoppers at 618-549-COPS (2677).
