Small quake rattles Caruthersville

CARUTHERSVILLE, MO (KAIT) – A small earthquake rattled parts of Southeast Missouri late Wednesday night.

According to the Center for Earthquake Research and Information out of Memphis, a 2.7 earthquake struck in Caruthersville around 10:45pm Wednesday.  

The quake was about 4 miles deep. No damage was reported.
