Are sugar daddies dog fanatics? Findings from a Sugardaddie.com study have revealed that a high percentage of sugar daddies are also enthusiastic dog owners. Sugardaddie.com, the worlds largest sugar daddy dating site, found that 57% of sugar daddies are dog owners, compared with the US national average of 39% of households that own one or more dogs.

Sugardaddie.com has just released findings from a study that sought to determine if modern sugar daddies are preferential to owning dogs in lifelong relationships while seeking shorter-term mutually beneficial relationships with their human 'sugar baby' counterparts. The survey found that sugar daddies are 18% more likely to be dog owners than the average US household.
Steve Pasternack, a former Wall Street executive and founder of Sugardaddie.com, set up the poll to determine what percentage of sugar daddies actually own dogs, which is a popular stereotype that was recently exemplified by Mattel's Sugar Daddy Ken Doll, which was accompanied by his dog.
"The majority of sugar daddies are successful, independent workaholics who lead very busy, stressful lives and prefer mutually beneficial relationships with sugar babies instead of marriage or long-term relationships. Yet even the most independent sugar daddy wants to feel regularly appreciated by a friendly companion. Most sugar daddies will tell you that their dogs love to be spoiled too."
The study findings were based on a poll conducted with 2,000 sugar daddy members of the site, who's responses gleaned the following data:
