A Heartland pastor came out of retirement Sunday to deliver a message on his 100th birthday!
Wiley McGhee retired from the Christian Church in Puxico, Missouri several years ago.
We're told that he always said if he lived to be 100, he would come back and take the pulpit once again on his birthday-which is today! And that's exactly what he did.
The minister says he's lived a good life and is very blessed.
"I appreciate every day," McGhee said. "I'm gonna make all of them I can. The Lord's been good to me. I'm in good shape for 100 years old."
McGhee says he started preaching back in 1935 and has officiated countless weddings and 400 funerals.
He still writes a weekly devotional column for a local newspaper.

Last night was the 62nd annual Miss USA pageant held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Contestants from all 50 states and territories of the Unites States went heel to heel on stage at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Miss Connecticut, Erin Brady, ended up walking away with the grand title of Miss USA, but it was Miss Utah who really stood out from the rest of the competitors.
