
After an impressive start in OVC play, the Southeast Missouri State basketball team has hit a rough patch.
Morehead State beat the Redhawks Thursday night 75-59 at the Show Me Center.
Leading scorers for Southeast were Nino Johnson who had 13 points and 5 rebounds, Lucas Nutt with 12 points and 5 assists and Tyler Stone had 11 points and 4 rebounds in the loss.
Drew Kelly led Morehead State with 15 points and 4 rebounds.
The Redhawks are now 10-10 (2-4 OVC) and Morehead improves to 9-10 (3-2 OVC).
Southeast next plays Jan. 19 against Tennessee Tech (7-10) at 7 p.m. ET.
