Springfield police looking for suspects in restaurant robbery

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

Springfield police are looking for suspects after an attempted armed robbery at Peking Restaurant on Liberty Street.

Police say three masked suspect came into the restaurant around 8 p.m. and showed a gun to the owner.

The suspects couldn't open the register and didn't leave with any money or valuables.

Police are questioning one person in connection to the robbery.

The restaurant has security cameras but didn't have them on at the time of the robbery.
