A New Jersey company that operates 13 TGI Fridays restaurants accused of secretly replacing premium liquor with low-quality booze says it's shocked at the allegations.

Facebook is looking to settle a payout from a class action lawsuit and they may owe you a few bucks.
Some Facebook users received a notice in their email from "legalnotice@facebookmail.com" this weekend.
The notice, which many are dismissing as spam, includes information that the user may be eligible for a piece of the $20 million settlement.
The action claims that Facebook unlawfully used the names, profile pictures, photographs and identities of Facebook users in the US to advertise or sell products and services through Sponsored Stories without obtaining those users' consent.
According to Mashable, to avoid having to take the case to court, Facebook offered $20 million and the court approved the settlement.
There won't be much left if the 150 million U.S. Facebook users claim their cut, but it's better than nothing.
Although if too many people file claims then nobody gets anything.
The money is then distributed to charities that teach adults and children how to use social media technologies safely.
