Poplar Bluff man killed in crash

A 60-year-old Poplar Bluff man was killed in a crash Tuesday evening north of Poplar Bluff.

Danny R. Ward, 60, of Poplar Bluff was killed when his vehicle was stuck by another vehicle on US 67 one mile north of Poplar Bluff.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, 22-year-old Steve L. Seabaugh was driving northbound when he lost control of his 1999 Toyota Four Runner and crossed the median and struck a 2010 Chevy Cobalt driven by Ward that was traveling southbound.

Ward's vehicle crossed the median and came to rest on the shoulder of northbound US 67.

Seabaugh and an 18-year-old passenger had moderate injuries. They were wearing a seatbelt.

Ward was not wearing a seatbelt.
