Police in Mount Vernon, Ill. are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store.
It happened early Thursday morning at the Huck's Convenience Store on S 10th Street.
Police say a black man with a handgun fled the store on foot.
The suspect was wearing a red ball cap, red hooded shirt, a black coat and gray pants with lettering on the legs.
