O'Fallon Police are looking for a man accused of shooting a woman Tuesday evening. That suspect may be in the Heartland.

Dorothy Hall, 55, died after she was shot, according to the O'Fallon Police Department.

Police responded to a well being check on Downing around 5:17 p.m. and found the victim.

Police are looking for Terry Culberson, 63, of O'Fallon. He is charged with murder 1st degree and armed criminal action with a $500,000 bond.

Poplar Bluff Police Chief Danny Whiteley says Culberson's ATM card was used at a business in the Poplar Bluff area around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Culberson is considered armed and dangerous.

He is believed to be driving a 2008 Red Ford Fusion with a Missouri license plate of PE0F9U.

Police say the shooting does not appear to be a random act.

According to the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Office,  they are also searching any leads in their county looking for the suspect. They have stepped up patrols and say that he could be anywhere in the Bootheel or surrounding counties.
