
The Southeast Missouri State women's basketball team lost to UT Martin 75-61 Saturday afternoon.
The Redhawks had a six point lead with 16:45 remaining in the game, but the Skyhawks went on a 29-8 run to win the game.
Southeast's Bailie Roberts led all Redhawks in scoring with 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Patricia Mack had a double-double with 11 points and a team-high 12 rebounds.
The Skyhawks were led by the tandem of Heather Butler and Jasmine Newsome. Butler scored 23 points and dished out six assists. Newsome led everyone in scoring with 27 points to go along with 10 rebounds.
Southeast is now 10-16 overall and 4-9 in OVC play this season. They next play on Feb. 23 at Jacksonville State.
