This week is Fitness Week here at Heartland News!

We're here to help with expert advice and solutions for you to get back on track and stay in good health, even with a busy lifestyle.

All this week, we'll have local personal trainer and SEMO University graduate, Terrance Sterling, creator of the Sterling Effect, along with us sharing his tips, secrets and helpful hints.

Also join us around 5:20 and 6:20 each morning on the Breakfast Show as we pass along all this great information!

On Friday, our fitness focus is on sleep and how it can factor into your health and your workouts.

Our final fitness extra for the week is some information on how caffeine impacts you before and after working out.

The Sterling Effect website gives you the facts about diet soda and what it can mean for you and your health.

Check out tips on which foods and drinks will make getting into shape easier.
