MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -
Deputies say three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Monday in McCracken County, Kentucky.
According to the sheriff's office, it happened on Cairo Road.
Deputies say shortly before 3:30 p.m., a passenger car driven by Tammy
Hayes, 50, of Kevil, Kentucky, with passengers, 17-year-old Lacey Hayes and 6-year-old Karsea Scott was struck from behind in a rear end
collision.
Robert Terrell, 17, of Kevil, Kentucky was southbound on Cairo Road and failed to stop, colliding with the rear end of Hayes' car. Deputies say Hayes was stopped in
traffic waiting for a car in front of her to turn left onto the parking
lot of 5815 Cairo Road, when the collision happened.
The occupants of Hayes's car were all taken to Baptist Health Hospital by Mercy EMS
and Terrell was taken by Mercy EMS to
Lourdes Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Department assisted deputies at the scene.
