PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) -
A Paducah woman was injured after she reportedly had to leave the road to avoid hitting other vehicles.
It happened around 4:45 p.m. on Benton Road in McCracken County.
Deputies say Tiffanty Clouatre, 34 of
Paducah, told them she was driving north on Benton
Road just before Tyree when she saw two cars in
front of her coming to a stop to make a left turn. Clouatre said she did not see any brake lights or turn
signals and had to leave the roadway to avoid
collision with other vehicles.
Her car then hit a fence and fence post.
Clouatre complained of minor injuries and stated she would drive herself
to Baptist of Paducah.
Clouatre's vehicle sustained minor/moderate
damage but was able to be driven. Clouatre had called
to report the single vehicle collision from someone's residence.
Deputies followed Clouatre back to the scene to investigate the crash.
