PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) -

A 19-year-old from Paducah was injured in a multi-pickup crash just before noon on Friday.

It happened shortly before noon at the intersection of Old Mayfield Road and Walnut Drive in McCracken County.

Deputies say an investigation showed Gordon Burch, 79, of Paducah was driving a GMC pickup crossing Old Mayfield Road when he struck a Ford pickup driven by Christianna N. Bullmer, 19, of Paducah.

According to the sheriff's office,  Bullmer's vehicle then struck a speed limit sign and a tree.

Bullmer was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The McCracken County Sheriff's Department was assisted on scene by Hendron Fire and Mercy Regional.
